Eric Luck was born in Midland, Texas in 1954. He spent his youth in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Graduating from Texas
Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas, Eric pursued a career in the oil and gas industry. His career allowed him to travel
throughout the United States and do lots of stuff.
He and his partner started their own oil and gas exploration and production company in the late 1980s in Denver, Colorado.
They moved their company to Dallas, Texas a few years later. Eric became a Certified Financial Planner in the early 1990s in
Texas where he still lives with Cheri, his wife of nearly 30 years. Cheri and Eric happily spend part of every year in Colorado.
They have one grown son, Evan, also a graduate of T.C.U.
